Refurbishments
Whole-house refurbishments that respect the original fabric and modernise where it counts.
Detail
Strip-outs, replastering, rewires, replumbs, joinery, decoration. Phased to keep families in the house where possible, sequenced to keep dust contained.

Typically 16 to 28 weeks, depending on how much of the structure and services are being changed. That is once the drawings are settled and any approvals are in place.
Usually not for internal work. Planning generally applies to what you change outside or how you extend the footprint. Building regulations are different though: removing or altering a structural wall, rewiring, or moving drainage all need building control sign-off, which we arrange.
Not always. Where it is practical we sequence the build so you can stay in part of the house, and we tell you honestly at the quoting stage if a phase makes that unrealistic rather than finding out halfway through.
