Usually not for a like-for-like refit, but yes if you are moving drainage, altering anything structural, or adding new circuits. Electrical work in a bathroom and new plumbing to a soil stack are notifiable, and we handle the sign-off as part of the job.
Yes, though it is a bigger job than a refit. Moving a bathroom means new drainage runs and ventilation, and moving a kitchen means new services and often structural work. We price it properly rather than treating it as a straight swap.
Either. Plenty of clients buy their own units and we fit them, others prefer us to supply the lot. Whichever way, the manufacturer warranty on every fitted product stands alongside our own 12 month workmanship guarantee.
