Wasti Developments was founded in 2005 in Hayes, on a single rear extension that turned into another. Twenty years on we're still a small studio, a handful of directors, a core of long-tenured trades, and a project pipeline we keep deliberately short.
We work across Greater London and the western home counties on extensions, new builds, refurbishments and the foundations underneath. The directors are still on site every week, and the same project lead carries each client from the first conversation to the last snag.
We turn down work outside the radius we can reliably cover, and we don’t take on more than three live projects at once. Saying yes too often is how good builders go bad, and we’d rather build less, slowly.
The small core of trades has worked together long enough to finish each other’s sentences. Most of them have been on every project we’ve completed in the past decade.
