• Respond to your enquiry and arrange a quote or site visit

• Our email provider, to send and receive correspondence with you
• Advertising platforms (such as Meta), where we may confirm that an enquiry was received so our adverts work better. Information shared for this purpose is encrypted (hashed).

We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that we securely delete it.
